Having had extremely successful and highly commended careers, running there own restaurants, Claire & Steve now share their knowledge and restaurant consultancy expertise, to help hospitality businesses get off the ground or improve established buisnesses in need to guidance. They bring the very best knowledge and expertise from the Kitchen and Front of House, to make all their clients’ businesses a success.
Board & Lodgings were invited to deliver the branding and websites for all 3 of Sanchez Brothers new websites and restaurants, for Casamia, Paco Tapas and Pi Shop. Relocating a Michelin starred restaurant would be daunting for anyone, but also launching two casual dining experiences was a huge undertaking. Shortly after opening, in 2017, Casamia retained it Michelin Star and Paco received it’s first Michelin Star award.
The Freemasons at Wiswell has recently been awarded the AA Restaurant of the Year for England, the latest of some phenomenal accolades bestowed onto this increasingly popular restropub. The pace is to quicken further into 2018 as Chef Proprietor Steven Smith is extending his establishment to a pub with rooms adding four bedrooms to its offering.
